Meet Kate.
Kate is our lead therapist with over 10 years experience in sports injuries, rehabilitation, soft tissue treatment and pitch side trauma. Kate has worked with a full range of clients from elite athletes to pre & post operative orthopaedic clients. Kate has worked in professional sports teams, private health care facilities and NHS A&E. She brings a vast knowledge and enthusiastic approach to her work.
Kate is also a mother to her 2 children and is expanding her academics by studying to become a counsellor.
