New year and a new start. Why not give it a kick start with our Inshape Lions?
Inshape Fitness and Guiseley Community Foundation with Guiseley Football club have joined together to bring you 6 affordable classes.

Do you have flexi time, work shifts, on maternity or just free on Monday mornings? The class will be 9.30-10.30 and for all abilities. It will be fun, varied and can easily be adapted to suit.
Dates: 3rd/10th & 24th of February and March
Cost: All 6 sessions for £24 or pay as you go £5 each class
Venue: Astro turf at Netthermoor Park, Otley Road, LS20 8BT

It’s all about getting those age 35+ moving and being a bit healthier all round.

Social exercise is often more fun and time goes quicker. Come and start to achieve your goals, feel better and be a bit healthier than you were!

Well-being events now on sale: all involve 2 different types of pilates (1 more strength based and the other more stretch and relaxation based), 1 x head & shoulder massage, 1 x reflexology and refreshments and relaxation

Autumn refresh & pamper Saturday 28th Sept 11-2
Bonfire sparkle pamper Sat 2nd nov 2-5pm
Start the year looking after yourself Friday 10th jan 6-9pm
