🌟 Meet Our New Practice Nurse – Emma! 🌟

We’re delighted to welcome Emma to our Balderton team! 👩‍⚕️

Emma has recently qualified as a General Nurse at Lincoln University and has now joined us while continuing her studies towards a Master’s in Practice Nursing at De Montfort University, Leicester.

She’ll be working with us three days a week and has already settled in beautifully with the team. 💙

Emma is currently offering a range of appointments including:
💉 Blood tests
🩹 Wound care
💊 Vaccinations

If you have an appointment with Emma, please bear with her as she finds her feet — and give her a warm welcome!

We feel very lucky to have Emma on board and look forward to continuing to provide the high-quality care our patients deserve. 💙

Patient Notice – Evergreen System Update

We are currently experiencing issues with our Evergreen app, which has been running slowly this morning. Our Evergreen Support Team is working hard to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

In the meantime, our reception staff have been taking urgent calls from patients since 8:00 am and are booking appointments manually to ensure continuity of care.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while this issue is being fixed.
