Mother’s Day can be a beautiful day of celebration, but it can also be a tender and difficult one.

For those missing a mother, a grandmother, a mother‑figure, or a child… today may bring memories that sit a little heavier in the heart.

Mothers Day Memorial Post

Wildflower seed paper for our letters to heaven to those we love and miss is available for collection from the Town Council Offices (Greenacre Centre) or from EH Crouch Funeral Directors (Stotfold High Street.)

The letterbox is situated just inside the main gate at Stotfold Cemetery - all messages are confidential, with the seeded paper being used to create a wildflower garden within the cemetery grounds.

The letterbox is in situ for some time to come so please don’t worry if you are unable to make it up before Mothers Day itself.
