Today is National COPD Day — a reminder of the millions of people living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the importance of early support, understanding, and accessible living.

We meet many individuals and families navigating the daily challenges COPD can bring - breathlessness, fatigue, and reduced mobility can make even simple tasks difficult.

Small changes at home can make a big difference, such as:
✔️Making access to all floors easier
✔️Detection systems and alarms
✔️Creating a safer layout that reduces strain and unnecessary movement, with aids to make moving around in the home easier and safer

Whether through adaptations, equipment, or guidance, our aim is always the same:
To help people stay independent, safe, and comfortable at home.

At EMS Lifts we've had the privilege to meet and support many veterans over the years, and today we'll remember them as well as our family members, friends, and the community heroes who dedicated their lives to protecting others.
