I’ve come back to Pilates multiple times a week—consistently—for 20 years. It has carried me through so many seasons of life: injury, burnout, pregnancy, and postpartum.
Pilates has given me a foundation for empowerment and agency. It’s gone far beyond something I do—it’s become part of who I am. It’s tied to my identity and my purpose, which I now believe is to help others become their truest, most authentic selves.
Pilates is the method I lean on to reconnect with myself. When life feels stressful or heavy, my practice reminds me how far we can go when we simply show up and take small, manageable steps.
That’s why it influences the way I teach. It’s why I can offer genuine positivity to every client—no matter where they are in their arc. Because I live the journey myself.
