The Pilates Corner The Award Winning Pilates Corner is a fully equipped studio based in Baldock, Hertfordshire. Group Mat Pilates classes 7 days a week, daytime and evening.

We also run Postnatal courses and private sessions. The Pilates Corner is based in Baldock (previously in Stevenage) running Mat Pilates Classes, Pre- and Post-Natal, Trigger Point Pilates, Under 16s, SOULfusion, PiYo and Barre classes. Emma is qualified to teach Beginners to Advanced clients Mat Based Pilates, with additional qualifications in Pre & Postnatal exercise and nutrition and those with Orthopaedic conditions, Nutrition and Weight management, Exercise referral and Level 4 Pilates for Lower Back Pain. The rest of the teaching team are all qualified to level 3, and have pre and postnatal qualifications. Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise that is calm yet powerful and brilliant for strengthening core muscles specifically (abdominal and lower back region), but is a great way to tone and lengthen your muscles in your entire body. The Pilates Corner is a fully equipped studio so all you need to bring is yourself and a drink. If the timings of our classes are not suitable for you but would like to give Pilates a try - We also offer 1:1 sessions and a 24/7 online membership.

We run a 6-week postnatal course at our studio in Baldock, Herts.

Our six-week course is a great way to meet other mums, and gently ease yourself into exercise again after having a baby.
We focus mainly on abdominals, with specific attention paid to tummy separation and strengthening your pelvic floor, however each class will give you a full body workout.
