Is anxiety holding you back from living the life you want?

Many people struggle with anxiety, and most don't understand why it happens or how to manage it effectively.

Don't let anxiety dictate your life any longer.

In my workshop “Understanding Anxiety & How To Manage It” you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence to manage your anxiety and live a life free from it’s grip.

Oriana’s attended my workshop and her testimonial is music to my ears.

You can get instant access to the “Understanding Anxiety” workshop now in the resources area of my website (link in comments).

This month is ADHD Awareness Month.

The theme for 2025 is “The Many Faces of ADHD!” and highlights that ADHD is not a one-size-fits-all condition. It can manifest differently across various people, ages, and life stages.

By sharing reliable information and personal experiences, the focus is to raise awareness and understanding of ADHD with the intention that the more people that understand it, the more stereotypes can be challenged and stigma associated with ADHD can be reduced.

Then hopefully we can strive for earlier diagnosis and more effective, tailored support.

I’ll be sharing a bit more about me and my experience with ADHD and chronic fatigue syndrome over the next few weeks, with the aim of helping others feel seen and understood.

Friday was . Despite hugely increased awareness and information available, we are more anxious, depressed and disconnected from each other than ever.

Like so many areas of the "Wellness" industry, information overload and mixed, often inaccurate, messages are rife, leaving many of us feeling self-care requires lengthy or expensive approaches, otherwise, we aren't doing it right.

The truth is, looking after your mental health is as simple as unfollowing an account on socials that doesn't enhance your day, choosing not to watch the news before bed, taking a break from your phone, or stepping outside and taking 10 deep breaths while you look up at the sky.

In a world as crazy as this one, finding the tiny actions and precious moments that help give you a little boost and relief to your day, is key to staying sane and finding happiness.

Like in all areas of health, what works for you is unique to you, so follow your intuition and start small. A 30s cuddle with a pet, drinking your favourite hot drink in the garden, or a quick chat with a loved one is enough to boost serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine which together help you feel calm, connected and ready to face what's next.

Sending love to everyone who is struggling right now. You are not alone xx

My goal for turning 40 was to be my healthiest & happiest self!

The first part of 2025 was spent ‘doing the work’ - revisiting and applying all of the tools, techniques and exercises I have learnt on my journey so far.

Resting, reconnecting with my authentic self, and figuring out what my non-negotiables are, so I can curate a life that fulfils my purpose and aligns with my values.

I am excited to share my process and passion for thriving with a divergent body and mind!

Head to my website to find out more about how I can help you.

Turning 40, celebrating a lot and investing heavily in the business was amazing, but exhausting and, unsurprisingly, I started 2025 very burnt out.

Here’s what being so exhausted I can’t function always reminds me:

There is no way to ‘hack’ your way out of the need for rest.
When your tank is empty and your adrenals are fried, no supplement, diet or fancy gadget can save you (although many help!). The ONLY way out is to stop and recover, with proper rest.

When you stop enjoying it, stop doing it.
You have nothing to prove and you don’t owe anyone your company. If doing ‘the thing’ is not right for you, don’t do it, true friends will understand when you don’t have the social battery to join the ‘fun’.

BOUNDARIES, BOUNDARIES, BOUNDARIES!!
Figure out what yours are, communicate them to loved ones and stick to them. People will get upset and may even be mean when you assert these, but hold strong; they are what keep you connected and aligned with yourself, and help you protect your vital and limited resources.

Acceptance and support is key
Living as a neurodivergent, chronic illness warrior is challenging and disabling at times. Accepting what is in my capacity and letting go of internalised ableism is vital to health and happiness. So is finding your people, getting support and accepting help.

Looking for your people? I’ve created two new communities, built for you. One for ADHD and A(u)DHD Adults and one for Chronic Fatigue Warriors.

2024 was a wonderful whirlwind as it saw me turn 40! I took lots of time off to celebrate and indulge in me!

It also saw lots of changes in the business from becoming head of Nutritional Science @‌MindProvisions to getting certified as a Trauma informed coach.

I also rediscovered my passion for working and connecting with you fabulous humans in a group setting.

So, starting from Q4 of 2025, I’ll be running more group coaching and courses, and launching two new communities - built just for you.
