Welcome to the Potluck for Peace community meal and crafting for peace series!

Join us at Tir na nOg Holistic Centre for our next potluck meal. Bring a dish to share, enjoy great company, and help us reach our first target of 1000 origami peace cranes (we've done hundreds already!). We will have Tir na nOg's Eve leading on the origami 🕊️

Legend has it that they who make 1000 peace cranes will be granted a wish - our wish is World Peace. Once we reach our first 1000 we will create a Peace Crane art installation, along with a celebration, then start again 🌠

At this meal you can also make herbal Teas for Liberation blends with Movement in Thyme CIC as well as Puppets for Palestine. Please feel free to bring your own crafting for peace project to share.

Happy 'back to reality' week for many! Here are a few offerings to bring some joy. As well as my weekly yoga classes at The Nest I also have these Autumn offerings locally:

*CHAIR YOGA*
Come and join our fun and friendly group of chair yogis, Wednesdays at 12 at the Church Rooms in Balfron. We stretch and strengthen and balance - and have lots of chat and laughs along the way. There are so many benefits. Recently one of our group sadly fell and broke her hip. Her physios have put her speedy recovery down to her chair yoga practice! Drop me a message to chat more or just pop along and try on Wednesday.

*KIDS YOGA CLUB*
I'm switching up the way I offer kids yoga locally and have a new monthly KIDS YOGA CLUB starting on 6th September at the McLintock Hall.

Kids Yoga Club is for all kids aged 6-10 and each 75 min class will include circle time, fun yoga games and activities, age appropriate breathwork and mindful crafts. Classes are available for booking now at www.thenestwellbeing.com/book-online or DM me for more info.
