Namrata is the product of 30 years in industry , training , travelling and teaching both privately and in further education. for physical and mental wellbeing.

We offer Yoga therapy, Breath work sessions, massage, acupuncture, sports rehabilitation, cryotherapy, aesthetic facials, permanent hair removal (advanced pain free electrolysis) We are soon to begin running unique Yoga Therapy teacher trainings. We have regular classes in morning breath-work sessions , because having power over the breath is vital to growth. Also Ashtanga yoga class is weekly. We offer bespoke one to one Yoga sessions. We have a massage room for Ayurvedic treatments, Remedial massage and Therapeutic massage including Pregnancy massage. We have a beauty room for Electrolysis, Waxing and Organic Facial therapy. We run workshops monthly. We are a certified massage course training centre by CMA. We are a bespoke studio, we are hear to nurture.
