Reflexology - not only good for mood, sleep, relaxation and wellbeing overall but also to support heart health by lowering heart rate and blood pressure.

We often think of blood pressure support in terms of medication, diet, and exercise, and rightly so. But this study looked at something a little different: foot reflexology as an add-on.

In a randomized clinical trial led by Kotruchin et al., adults with stage 2 hypertension received a short, targeted reflexology treatment alongside their usual care.

What they found?
👉 A measurable reduction in blood pressure
👉 A decrease in heart rate
👉 Effects seen within just 30 minutes

This wasn’t a replacement for medical treatment, but it does point to reflexology as a useful complementary approach in managing hypertension.

It’s a reminder that small, non-invasive interventions can still have meaningful physiological effects.

And we’re back ! Yay !
How are you all doing ?I hope you had a nice couple of weeks and you are ready for today’s guidance.

This week we are using one of your favourite decks, this one is all about following our own guidance and our light as we often are the oracle, once we trust ourselves and follow our heart.

Balance and relationships are the main cosmic themes brought up by the Full Moon in Libra today.

It is also important to remember that balance isn’t a place of destination but a constant journey as everything around us is constantly evolving and changing. To find balance we need to adapt and go with the flow of what’s happening.

The time of the Full Moon is therefore perfect to release all that no longer serves you or that doesn’t align with the direction of your path towards balance in all areas of your life.

This may be a great time to consider what lies beyond the triggers that keep you feeling out of alignment.

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy seeing its mighty and beautiful light tonight.

I hope the change of time didn’t confuse you as much as it did to me 😁.

Being strong isn’t about never feeling pain, never breaking down, or pretending everything is okay. Real strength is waking up every day and choosing to keep going, even when life feels heavy.

With the Equinox and the energy of new beginnings and renewal from the New Moon a couple of days ago and of Spring, I felt called to use this oracle card, it has been a while and I know you all enjoy it so much too. Our Story

I love supporting each and everyone’s needs through tailored and bespoke Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki treatments to help my clients reach their individual goals and promote balance and wellbeing from within. I love witnessing the positive ripple effects the therapies have on my clients whether they see their sessions as a treat, a self care practice, a way to keep their stress levels under control or to help them deal with their physical or emotional needs.

Helping and supporting individuals stay or feel better can involve relaxation, improved flexibility, restoring mobility, relieving pain, getting better sleep, becoming a calmer and more relaxed version of themselves, adapting to hormonal changes, managing stress and its chronic negative impact on the mind and body, relieving headaches and migraines, unwinding, feeling less anxious - all this by stimulating the innate and natural self-healing process of the body through the therapies. Ultimately everyone’s idea of feeling better is different and I love empowering my clients to be in a driving seat again about their life and wellbeing, working together to raise awareness of patterns and triggers and to help change or create new ways of thinking and maintain this balanced state.

I feel very strongly about inclusion and believe no-one should be turned away from receiving a holistic treatment so I have extended my area of expertise to Cancer and Palliative Care and to help people affected by Lymphoedema. Furthermore I regularly volunteer with local charities after witnessing firsthand the amazing benefits therapy treatments can give to both patients and their carers in these trying circumstances.
