At Endrick Holistics HQ, we are supporting and caring for men today, this month and every day of the year with Reflexology.
Support with relaxation, sleep, stress and pain relief are the most common themes but this gentle yet powerful therapy meets you where you are at and is tailored to each person’s individual needs.
Reflexology is much more than some people think it is. It’s calmer shoulders, deeper breaths, and your nervous system going, “Ahhhhhh, finally.” 💆🙌💜

Hello beautiful souls 🥰
I hope you are having a lovely Sunday in the sunshine, doing things you love.
For this week’s ✨Sunday Guidance ✨ post, we are receiving the simple yet powerful guidance from the Angels of Light.
To take part, simply look at the cards below, take a couple of deep breaths to centre yourself and still the mind, perhaps focus on one specific question you have about one area of your life and choose one you feel drawn to (between number 1 and 44).
I will post your card as soon as I can.
Feel free to tag a friend who'd be interested in picking a card. We can all use a wee pick me up every now and again 😊.
Take good care and wishing you all a restful and relaxing Sunday.
Frédérique 🙏🏻💜🙏🏻 xx

🌺 Hormonal Congestion: When the Lymphatic System Holds on to Estrogen
We often think of hormones as purely chemical messengers — but they are also energetic travelers that depend on fluid movement to stay in balance.
When lymphatic flow slows down, these hormones can become trapped in tissue, creating a hidden congestion that affects everything from mood and weight to fertility and inflammation.
Your body’s ability to detoxify estrogen — the most potent and complex female hormone — relies on more than just liver enzymes. It depends on a healthy lymphatic system to carry waste products, metabolites, and inflammatory debris safely out of your tissues.
💧 When Estrogen Doesn’t Leave the Body
Estrogen is metabolized in the liver, bound in the gut, and carried out through bile and lymph fluid.
When any part of that system slows down — due to dehydration, poor diet, tight fascia, or a sedentary lifestyle — estrogen metabolites linger.
This leads to what many call estrogen dominance, where your body may produce a normal amount of estrogen, but can’t clear it efficiently.
The result? Hormonal chaos.
💢 PMS and mood swings
💢 Tender or swollen breasts
💢 Weight gain around hips and thighs
💢 Fluid retention or bloating
💢 Headaches and fatigue
💢 Fibroids or ovarian cysts
This is not always a “hormone problem” — it’s often a drainage problem.
🩸 The Lymph–Hormone Highway
Your lymphatic system surrounds every organ — including the ovaries, uterus, thyroid, and breasts. When this fluid network becomes stagnant, hormonal waste builds up locally.
In women, the inguinal, pelvic, and axillary nodes play a vital role in clearing estrogen metabolites. Congested lymph in these areas can create:
• Breast tenderness and swelling before menstruation
• Pelvic heaviness or pain
• Water retention
• Delayed or painful periods
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and movement-based therapies help reopen these pathways, allowing hormones to circulate and clear naturally.
⚖️ The Role of the Liver and Gut
Your liver converts estrogen into water-soluble forms for elimination — but those metabolites still need to exit through bile, stool, and lymph.
If the gut microbiome is unbalanced (particularly with high β-glucuronidase activity), estrogen can be reabsorbed into circulation, creating a hormonal loop.
Supporting these organs through anti-inflammatory nutrition, hydration, and gentle detox practices ensures that estrogen is not recycled, but released.
🌿 How to Support Hormonal Flow
Here’s how to help your body move estrogen out instead of storing it:
💧 Stimulate lymphatic drainage – through MLD, dry brushing, rebounding, or deep breathing.
🥦 Support liver detox – cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, kale, cabbage) and herbs like milk thistle and dandelion.
🦠 Balance gut flora – probiotics and fiber for healthy estrogen metabolism.
🚶♀️ Move daily – fascia and lymph rely on physical motion, not intensity.
🛁 Castor oil packs & heat therapy – soften fascial tension, improve circulation, and open drainage.
✨ The Takeaway
When the lymphatic system is open, hormones can flow. When it’s stagnant, hormones pool — leading to symptoms that mimic imbalance.
Healing isn’t only about changing hormones — it’s about restoring flow.
🌺 You don’t need to fight your hormones. You need to help them move.

As we go through our daily routine, the ordinary busy-ness of life, we often get caught in the mundane, the boredom and even perhaps irritating events.
Our minds have a natural tendency to focus on the negative and the monotonous, our brain love going into autopilot, an easier default mode. It can sometimes make it more difficult to notice the subtle moments of day to day kindness, love and contentment
Today and everyday this week, let’s make a conscious commitment to notice the little things especially anything related to Kindness.
Simple things such as a smile or paying a compliment can make someone’s day.
Did you know that when we practice kindness to others and to ourselves we experience positive physical and emotional changes? Our stress levels are reduced and there is a physiological increase of our feel-good hormones (dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin) which causes a further positive impact.
Got to love those win-wins! 😊
No better time to spread kindness like confettis today and everyday and watch the positive ripple effect it creates along the way.
What small or big act of kindness have you noticed today? Perhaps you may wish to give people a shout out below?
I’ll start by thanking my beautiful clients for their lovely messages and feedback following our sessions yesterday and our free monthly distance Reiki session last November got.
I started my day with a smile and an extra spring in my step 🙏🏻😊👣😊🙏🏻.
Take good care of yourself and each other and wishing you all a beautiful day especially if you are dealing with the blustery, wild and wet Scottish weather today 🙏🏻 xx

Some great reminders from Jennifer at Tranquility21 on Thai very wet, blustery and dark Thursday morning. Have a great day lovelies xx
I know it’s totally cliche, and you probably see it all over social media at this time of year, but as the trees release their leaves, nature also offers us an invitation to release what weighs us down too.
Autumn teaches us that letting go is not failure, it’s vital.
As we near the middle of November, give yourself permission to say NO to:
🍁 People pleasing
* Pause before automatically saying yes to things and ask: “Do I truly want to do this, or am I doing it to please someone else.”.
* Notice where your “yes” costs you peace - and honour that.
🍁 Over committing
* Look at your week and gently remove one thing that feels heavy or unnecessary.
* Give yourself one night a week as a non-negotiable night just for you.
🍁 Holding on
* Set a reminder once or twice a day to pause and notice your breath.
* Practise softening your jaw and shoulders every time you notice tension.
🍁 Carrying what isn’t yours
* When you feel overwhelmed, ask: “Is this actually mine?”
* Release the need to fix everything - listening and caring is enough.
🍁 Ignoring your need for rest
* Choose one restorative ritual each week: a slower day, an early night, a warm bath, or an afternoon sit down with your book..
* Respect your energy dips, especially in autumn - rather than pushing through them.
* Schedule rest the same way you schedule plans; treat it as essential, not optional.

I love supporting each and everyone’s needs through tailored and bespoke Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki treatments to help my clients reach their individual goals and promote balance and wellbeing from within. I love witnessing the positive ripple effects the therapies have on my clients whether they see their sessions as a treat, a self care practice, a way to keep their stress levels under control or to help them deal with their physical or emotional needs.
Helping and supporting individuals stay or feel better can involve relaxation, improved flexibility, restoring mobility, relieving pain, getting better sleep, becoming a calmer and more relaxed version of themselves, adapting to hormonal changes, managing stress and its chronic negative impact on the mind and body, relieving headaches and migraines, unwinding, feeling less anxious - all this by stimulating the innate and natural self-healing process of the body through the therapies. Ultimately everyone’s idea of feeling better is different and I love empowering my clients to be in a driving seat again about their life and wellbeing, working together to raise awareness of patterns and triggers and to help change or create new ways of thinking and maintain this balanced state.
I feel very strongly about inclusion and believe no-one should be turned away from receiving a holistic treatment so I have extended my area of expertise to Cancer and Palliative Care and to help people affected by Lymphoedema. Furthermore I regularly volunteer with local charities after witnessing firsthand the amazing benefits therapy treatments can give to both patients and their carers in these trying circumstances.
I hope you find this page interesting and I look forward to meeting you soon.
