According to the powers that be it is National Relaxation Day today.

While it may be too late to squeeze in that appointment today we are always here to help with that relaxation whether it is a relaxing seaweed bath, a de-stressing massage or a comforting facial: we have a treatment for everyone.

For anyone coming for appointments on Friday and Saturday this week please note roads through Armoy will be closed from 10am sharp on Friday and 9am sharp on Saturday for Armoy Road Races.

Clients often wonder which massage they should opt for.

We offer a range of massages so it is therefore important to choose the right massage to suit your preferences.

Our hot stone and lava shell massages are heat based and very soothing and relaxing.

Our aromatherapy massage is based on Swedish massage techniques. This can be a very relaxing massage but you can also have firm pressure if you wish. Sometimes people think they want or need deep tissue massage when this isn't what they want at all and they spend the massage tensed up and flinching - sometimes an aromatherapy massage with just slightly firmer pressure is enough to help relax the muscles without a very specific deep tissue massage.

For those with a problem area or injury we offer deep tissue massage and sports massages.

We have something to suit everyone.
