I'm not going to lie, that was a long January. The urge to hibernate was so stong that I just totally gave into it. I don't know about you, but for me there's a real heavy energy in the world just now, my head feels weighted and my body feels like it's in stretch mode. I'm aware that brighter days are coming but I also really crave a sign that light is the most powerful force in the world. Every media 'main character' has villan vibes and every message screams panic. I'm weary, are you?
Anyhow, on my morning walk, I listened to Bruce Lipton, I'm taking his advice. I'm grateful to be awake and aware and I'm glad my instinct is to crave positive energy. One step at a time, with the right people and hope for brighter days.

Lordie, it's defo a slow January and I think most people are still rummaging under their duvets looking for that old inner spark.
Don't worry, slow roll your January. Look outside, see what the weather is telling you. Listen to your body. And speak easy to your mind.
The actual restart comes around April, new year new you in January is basically an invention to sell you stuff.
We got this, brighter days are coming x

And I'm back - looking forward to discovering 2026. Still slightly in slumber mode and not quite sure of the road ahead. But always looking forward to seeing you all again, welcoming new people and to learning together x

Folks, just for anyone travelling to me via Hillside Road, please take it handy. Under that lovely frosty glisten are some very slippery patches ( I had a wonderful skid this morning). It's always surprising the difference between here and the town.
