That's me off a wee while for Easter.
Hoping for some time to garden, potter and regroup.
Thanks as always for your continued support.
Keep choosing the light and when you can't find the light, seek out those who can help.
Focus on achievable tasks and the small everyday accomplishments that bring peace of mind.
It may feel like the message of Easter is lost to the roar of war but this is exactly the time to cut through the darkness with acts that spark joy and hope. Imagine you are creating chinks of light that can be seen and held in the universe. Believe in your own ability to be the light.

A gentler alternative to good old Vicks in a bowl.
Pop a few drops of Eucalyptus oil, a few of cedarwood and a handful of dried marigold petals in a bowl of boiled water. Infuse, pop your head under a towel and breathe.
Soothes as well as clears which is really helpful for poor sinuses bothered by allergies or the cold.
Currently in use on my kitchen table. X

Today I experienced Platonic crystal healing and deep chakra cleanse with Miss Shauna. Woweee, the energy popped, what an amazing way to rebalance and ready myself for Spring. I can't explain it, just book it and see for yourself xx

So, I have been radio silent for a few days mainly due to my brain not knowing which to tackle first, family worries or impending WW3. Ultimately I have decided to attend to the battles on my own doorstep and as a result calmed myself right down. How did that work I hear you ask?? Well, by taking practical action to fix the things I can fix, I have restored a sense of control and by doing something postive I have in a small way countered the negativity in the world.
In other news, I'm dipping my toes into the world of Kinesiology and beginning to study this awesome modality. Creating more art cards and generally plotting to put as much light as I can out into the world.
