Reflexology to promote Mental health and wellbeing Inclusive for all.
Books now opened for a Limited time . I am a Mental Health Nurse of 23 years experience and over 38 years in Mental Health / Learning Disability heath care sector .

Foot and Facial - reflexology to promote Calm and Homeostasis- allowing us to take time for ourselves and build resilience and heal.
I work from my purpose built Therapy room in Ballyclare .

As I am still Nursing full time (Psychiatry) I only have limited availability -Mondays and the occasional weekend spot. Remember Anxiety is when we are letting out minds race to the future . Some say low mood comes from our minds wandering back to and dwelling on the past . I find that bringing myself back to THE NOW helps to settle my mind.
