Moles are common and usually harmless, but it’s important to keep an eye on them. Changes in color, shape, or size can sometimes be early signs of skin issues — including melanoma.

🔍 Remember the ABCDEs of mole checks:
A – Asymmetry
B – Border (irregular, jagged or blurred edges)
C – Colour (multiple or uneven shades of black or brown; patches of pink, red or white)
D – Diameter (greater than 0.25 inches)
E – Evolving (changes in size, shape or colour over time)
