Guys update of times

Due to the weather and the forecast that tonight is to be the coldest night yet, I am planning on keeping the scales open from 5:30 until 7:15pm to allow people to come and go as suits them as the weather may cause delays getting to group.

I know it's tempting to delay it another week or miss it but we know that weekly support is the key to success.

How does this make you feel? It makes me feel excited!! It makes me realise we have so much time if we crack on with our goals NOW! There really is no better time!
It may be cold and dark, raining (or even snowing where you are!) but it won’t be for long. Before you know it, spring 🌸 and summer ☀️ will be on the horizon.
What we eat, and what we do now, will determine how we FEEL when the weather changes.

Even just 1lb a week would have you 2 stone lighter!
