When left untreated, it quietly spreads into every corner of life.. into energy, relationships, health, and self-worth.

Over time, it convinces the mind that this pain is your identity.
But it is not. It is something happening to you, not something you are.

Depression is an illness, not a failure.
And illness deserves understanding, support, and care— not shame, silence, or endurance alone.
