Goodbye 2025 👋🏼

What a year Comfort & Calm has had! From getting to watch milestones being met, celebrating birthdays with babys who I've been lucky enough to know from they were a few weeks old 💕

I've witnessed first steps, crawling, rolling and even first word!

It's been a record year for sold out classes as well as a successful launch of sweet pea and seedling classes 🎉

Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

I just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and want to thank all the amazing people I have met this year. I am so fortunate that for my job I get to meet wonderful people and be trusted in supporting their children along the way.

I cannot wait for what the next year of Comfort & Calm will bring. With new collaborations and new classes in the pipe line 💗

Christmas is a wonderful time but when it comes to babies and toddlers it also can feel like a fight for survival!!

Here is some of my top tips to try and ease any overstimulation throughout the festive period.

Finally, it's not in the list but when it comes to toddlers all I can say is pick your battles wisely. Is it really worth the 'no' sometimes instead I ask myself 'are they safe?' some battles are just not worth fighting especially when they are overstimulated/ deregulated.

So the Christmas Special may be my last class before baby but it won't be for long!

I will be returning for a mother's day special and boy is it special!

is coming to photograph mum and baby portraits!

Mums will receive a special gift then all our usual fun!

I have created a waiting list on the booking account ( link in Bio) this is to gage interest/ numbers. You will also get priority booking when booking is released!

What do you pack in a hospital bag second time round?

I'm not that concerned about my hospital bag considering first time round it didn't make it into the hospital until after baby was born 🤣

However I still want to be organised, my going home outfit is the only not packed but it will be leggings and a comfy hoody.

I will have snacks to get me through hospital food and isotonic drinks to get me through labour.
