Had the most amazing experience at Emily Dalzell’s ‘SHE WHO DRUMS’ drumming circle last night with Emma Sherry. I’m delighted to announce Emily has agreed to bring this experience to Ballymena for us. We are hoping for May time and it’ll be an evening. Cost will be around £25 for 1.5hrs. They are constantly being drained and to the detriment of their own needs and their health. You do not need to do anything you want to …. period. You don’t need to give a reason or give an excuse. Simply no thanks is enough. Listen to your gut and put your own needs first 💜🙏🏻
