The time of perimenopause and menopause is a time of great change but it can also bring lots of unwelcome symptoms.
This treatment allows you to pause, take time just for you to begin to soften, unravel and welcome the changes that are happening. Perhaps for the first time in a while beginning to connect back into your body and listening to what she is telling you.

A vision board is a visual representation of your goals, dreams, what you love, what brings you joy. The idea is to create a collage that inspires and motivates you daily. There is no right or wrong way to create your vision board - it is personal just for you 💫

This massage is a deep; yet gentle, non invasive abdominal and sacral therapy that focuses on improving circulation to the abdominal organs, with an aim to improve blood, nerve and lymph flow.

I will be running Chi Me classes in Ballymena commencing May 2025.

Chi Me is a gentle class made up of flowing, easy to follow movements, based on the principles of Tai Chi. Joints are never fully extended or overstretched, making it a perfect activity for all ages and physical abilities. Chi Me improves strength, mobility and balance as well as having a positive effect on mental well-being.

Coming together in circle is simply a group of women meeting up to connect, to take time for ourselves to be still and to relax in a safe held space where we can just be. No need to do or say anything. Come along and sit with like minded women to connect and begin to build a community of support. Circle is a space to focus on yourself through breathwork, to calm your nervous system. Through journelling to set your intentions and to let go of anything that is no longer helpful to you. Guided meditation to deeply relax and allow your body to rest and reset. I look forward to welcoming you.
