📣 Important Rules for Massage Appointments 💆♀️✨
Dear clients, to keep our schedule organized and fair for everyone, we’ve introduced a few simple but essential rules:
1️⃣ Appointment Confirmation:
A £30 deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
👉 Without this payment, your appointment will not be secured.
👉 This rule applies to all clients, including regulars.
❗️The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellations or no-shows.
This policy ensures mutual respect and prevents blocking spots for other clients.
2️⃣ Vouchers:
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
After this period, they cannot be used.
Please note, it is your responsibility to check the expiry date — I am not able to send reminders.
3️⃣ Important:
Vouchers are only valid if the appointment is honored.
Failure to attend will result in the loss of the voucher with no possibility of rescheduling.
