Just a little bit of an update on what's going on in the clinic, after a busy weekend for our physios, Owen was helping out Ballymena academy rugby as they progress through to the semi-finals of the school's cup at Ravenhill.

Oisin was down in Kildare with the Antrim senior hurlers unfortunately not getting the result they wanted.

Also myself down in Cashel, Tipperary with Ballymena rugby club getting a key away win.

We have a busy week ahead especially for our physio Peter getting married this week. We hope Peter and his lovely fiancée and their family and friends have a wonderful day!

Busy week in the clinic starting to wrap up. Helping people with various problems from rotator cuff tears, neck related headaches and sciatic nerve pain being a few examples.

Will be a busy weekend ahead with Oísin on the sidelines for Antrim senior hurling down in Wexford, Owen helping Ballymena Academy in their school's cup round of 16 fixture versus Portadown College in Ballymena and myself away to Banbridge with Ballymena 1st XV hoping to keep the momentum going after a win against Dungannon
