Finally... is bed time 😴😴😴
And the most exciting day is only a few hours away! I hope everyone is happy this Christmas and that no matter which list you're on (naughty or nice) you know that my list is for everybody 😜
I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone that has supported me and kept me busy along the year. It has been an absolute pleasure and I look forward to showing you new and exciting things next year!

I didn't think that I was getting to the beach today but it happened and I've got such a recharge from it! Even the sun made an appearance 🌞🌞🌞
With such a busy time for everyone we hardly stop and take time for ourselves anymore but if we get a chance, we should take it with both hands!

What a glorious morning! In all the rush coming up to Christmas, we often forget to pause, look and enjoy the little things that life has to offer. Life gets so busy, working more, doing more, giving more, buying more. And we forget to look after ourselves to be able to do all these other things. Take a moment, pause and book a massage for yourself or someone you know that IS doing too much!

It's NOT unmanly to struggle
It's NOT weakness to speak

And no man should ever suffer in silence.

End the stigma of mental health. Speak out. Ask for help and never feel that you are alone. Together we can break the stigma!
