Tension. Uncertainty.
An underlying current of conflict that many of us can feel in the collective field.

In times like these, the most powerful place we can return to is the heart.

Because beneath the noise and uncertainty, something deeper is always present:

Love.
Healing.
Miracles quietly unfolding.

Divine love flows through us and radiates the beauty of our souls.
When we anchor love within ourselves, we help soften the field around us.

And from that space, healing begins to ripple outward.

Soul Led Wisdom 🌹
Raven/ Shadow Integration

At first glance the raven appears black.

But, when the light touches its feathers, the darkness reveals iridescent blues, purples and greens.
The full spectrum of colour lives within what once looked dark.

Our inner shadow is much the same.

Those parts of ourselves we rejected or hid can seem dark when viewed through judgment.
Yet when we bring awareness and compassion, the light of consciousness reveals something deeper.

Often within that shadow lives our power, creativity and truth.

Like the raven’s feathers, when the light of our consciousness meets the shadow, we discover that nothing within us is truly dark.

It is simply colour waiting to be seen.

Soul Musings- Holding Peace in the Blur 🌹

Things feel blurry right now ....
Personally and collectively.

But blur doesn’t mean we are lost.
It means something old is dissolving.

There is noise in the world.
There is movement in our energy field.
Even the planets continue their quiet alignment above us ....steady..precise..patient.

The Peacemaker walks among us.. reminding us..
To practice patience
Regulate our breath.
Return to our hearts.

As the cosmos aligns, we align within.
Allowing peace.. Allowing love..
Holding space for clarity and resolution.
Returning to Oneness.

Q. Why do other people's opinions make me question myself? 🤔

We all recognise this on some level.
Someone shares their opinion…
and your inner knowing wobbles.

Not because they’re right.
But because their certainty activates your old doubts.
And suddenly you think,
“What if I’ve got this wrong?”

Here’s the truth..
Other people speak from their conditioning.
You respond from yours.

If you were ever made to feel “not enough,”
being questioned can trigger an old freeze response.

That doesn’t mean you lack clarity.
It means your nervous system has been triggered.

The work isn’t to argue.
It isn’t to defend.
It isn’t to collapse.

The work is to regulate
and return to your own knowing.

You are allowed to:

• Process differently
• Take time before responding
• Refine your language
• Trust what feels true in your body

Leadership doesn't mean you won't ever doubt yourself.
Leadership is not abandoning yourself when doubt arises.
