A letter of Acknowledgement and Appreciation from the family of the late Sean Carey RIP, Ballymena.
We, the family of the late Sean, would like to offer our sincere and heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with us through our recent bereavement.
Sincere thanks to our extended family, friends for their constant and unwavering support, those who sent Mass / Sympathy cards, flowers, posted on-line tributes, telephoned, gave donations to โMacMillan Unit Antrim Area Hospitalโ, visited the Funeral Home, attended the funeral, viewed the we**am, or indeed, helped in anyway.
A special word of thanks to Fr. Joe Davis for celebrating the Requiem Mass in such a beautiful and meaningful manner, which brought Sean's family and friends great spiritual comfort and support, and Una McGill for her lovely singing and music.
We wish to express their deep appreciation to Dr Sproule and the team at Braidview Medical Practice, Antrim Area Hospital ED, Lisa Cassidy, Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist for providing reassurance and expertise, the Acute Assessment Unit, and Ward A4 for their exceptional care and empathy.
We would like to offer our deepest thanks and give special recognition to Dr Soutar and the entire team at the MacMillan Unit for their tremendous care, compassion and kindness, which also brought peace to Sean's family and friends during a very difficult time.
Our thanks also to Doscard.com โ Award-Winning Memorial Keepsakes โ for providing the beautiful Mass booklets with detachable memorial cards.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude and profound appreciation to WJ OโDonnell & Sons Funeral Directors and their staff for their high standard of professionalism and for the caring, compassionate and dignified manner in which they organised Seanโs wake and funeral.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a small token of our appreciation and gratitude.
Seanโs Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 21st February at 6pm in All Saints Church, Ballymena.
