So the Autum is now with us but our health and keeping moving is still key.
New times and class timetable is as follows.
Monday 6.15pm Barre Pilates
Monday 7.30pm Pilates
Tuesday 6pm Pilates
Wednesday 9.30am Pilates
Wednesdsy 6.15pm Pilates
Thursday 5.30pm Yoga
Thursday 6.45pm Pilates
Saturday 9.30am Total Body Workout
All classes are max 8 people.

Personal Training sessions are also available for what ever needs you are looking for.
