I bang on about this to everyone.. but if you haven’t watched this documentary, it is a MUST see!
I stumbled upon this a few years ago, my inquisitive mind grew and led me into holistic healing . It’s fascinating !

Our body has the capability to heal itself.

Time out to recharge, reset and heal is not selfish .

It’s world menopause day…. (All the men roll their eyes!)
