It is with regret we announce the passing of:

Allan – Rosemary (née Taggart), 29th January 2026, peacefully, at home, her loving family by her side, late of Islandview Gardens, Greyabbey. Beloved wife of the late Roy, loving and deeply loved mummy of Joanne, Michelle and Kelly, highly respected mother-in-law of Gary, adored nanny of Reece, Kelsey, Cerys, Elle, Dylan, Ethan and Jacob and proud great-granny (“GG”) of Rosie and Cooper. A Service of Thanksgiving for Rosemary’s life will held at 10.00 am Tuesday 3rd February 2026 in St. Saviour’s Parish Church, Greyabbey, followed by committal in Greyabbey Cemetery at 11.00 am. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Rosemary, if desired, may be made payable to Marie Curie at www.adairfuneraldirectors.co.uk Rosemary will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by her entire family circle and her little furry friend Bentley.

Heald – Ronald (Ronnie) – Called Home, 19th January 2026, peacefully, at Comber Care Home, with his darling girls by his side, late of Castle Manor, Carrowdore. Beloved husband of Iris, father of the late James, deeply loved by Dorothy, devoted and cherished granda of Victoria, Emma and Hannah, treasured great-granda of Cora and Joshua, precious brother of Sheila, Jimmy and Sandra. Following a private family committal, a Service of Thanksgiving for Ronnie’s life will be held at 12 noon on Monday 26th January 2026 in Carrowdore and Ballyfrenis Presbyterian Church. House private. Beloved husband of Betty for more than 63 years, deeply loved daddy of Linda & Karl, highly respected father-in-law of Joanne, devoted and cherished granda of Georgia, Adrian and Carly. Deeply loved husband of Catherine, loving and devoted dad of Cain, Robbie and Jude, beloved son of David and Margaret, wonderful “wee” brother of Stephen, highly respected and very much loved son-in-law of Bertie and Elizabeth and loyal friend to many. A Service of Thanksgiving for Andrew’s life will held at 11.00 am on Thursday 8th January 2026 in Newtownards Congregational Church, followed by committal in Whitechurch Cemetery, Ballywalter, at 2.00 pm.
