Sports Massage

I don’t do any sports, can I still get a sports massage?

We are delighted to welcome our newest team member Becky!

Becky graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Therapy from York St John University. She has experience with professional rugby teams, including York Valkyries and Hull KR, supporting players with sports massage and rehab.

Passionate about sports therapy, with a strong focus on providing high-quality sports massage. She is committed to helping individuals recover, perform, and reach their full potential—whether in sport or everyday life. Outside of work, she enjoys the gym, socialising, and watching sport.

Sports massage appointments are available with Becky on Mondays and Tuesdays at our Bamber Bridge in September before moving to our University of Lancashire clinic from October.

Our group based training sessions led by our performance coach Jake, are designed for young athletes looking to develop their athleticism, build resilience and improve overall performance.

📣 Team news 📣

We are delighted to welcome Gary to the team!

Gary is a full time lecturer in Sports Therapy at the University of Central Lancashire and a physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in professional football, including roles with Burnley FC, Peterborough United FC, and Manchester United FC.

He holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, an MSc in Sports Medicine, and VTCT Level 4 certification in Sports Massage. Highly experienced in musculoskeletal injury management, Gary is dedicated to supporting recovery and enabling clients to return to peak performance. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and exploring the outdoors.

Appointments with Gary will be available at our Bamber Bridge Clinic on Monday and Wednesday evenings 5-9pm.
