I’m thrilled to announce the release of another full book, PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder!

This project has been a deeply personal and professional journey, blending study and practical experience to shed light on a topic that impacts so many lives.

PTSD is often misunderstood, but through this book, my goal is to provide clarity, compassion, and tools for those affected by trauma—whether directly or indirectly. It’s written for anyone seeking to understand the complexities of PTSD, from individuals on their healing journey to professionals and caregivers wanting to expand their knowledge.

Releasing this book publicly is a huge milestone, and I hope it serves as a valuable resource and source of hope for many.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this great cause along the way. Your encouragement and belief in this work have made it all possible.
