Free Monthly Event, dont need to book, just turn up...

A calm, welcoming space for men to slow down, breathe, and connect without pressure, labels, or expectations.

This is not about fixing or performing.
It’s about real connection.
Listening, sharing, or simply being present.

Led by an experienced psychotherapist, this group offers a safe, confidential, and genuinely supportive environment. We’re also joined by The Wing Project, offering additional guidance and signposting for anyone who may want further support.

Whether life feels heavy, confusing, overwhelming or you just need somewhere to be heard this space is for you.

• Completely free (donations welcome)
• Warm & Cold Drinks & Biscuits provided
• First Tuesday of every month
• 7pm–8pm
• Float Wellness Studio ‐ No. 2 Mounsey Road, Bamber Bridge.

Work isn’t just a job.

It’s identity. Routine. Stability. Confidence.

So when someone is dismissed, made redundant, or treated unfairly at work, it can shake more than just finances, it can shake self-belief.

You might notice:
• Loss of motivation
• Anxiety about applying again
• Replaying conversations in your head
• A dip in confidence you can’t quite explain

Sometimes the hardest part is the silent question:
“Was it me?”

🪽 Last night marked a really special moment as FLOAT & The Wing Project hosted our first Monthly Men’s Meet-Up 🪽

A huge thank you to everyone who came along. It takes courage to show up, to listen, and to share space with others and the openness, respect, and honesty in the room didn’t go unnoticed. It was genuinely great to connect, listen, and get to know you all.

These meet-ups are about creating a safe, welcoming space where men can talk, listen, or simply sit, no pressure, no judgement, just support.

We’ll be back next month and would love to see you again (or welcome some new faces).
