CHIN UPS ??
Are you struggling with Bodyweight Chin Ups or Pull ups & want to learn how to get stronger but not sure where to start ??
In my opinion the barbell pull/chin up is one of the best exercises to start to strengthen & condition the muscles used to perform this movement
The barbell can be placed at any height & adjusted as you get stronger and your technique improves
You can start with knees bent and progress to straight legs along with a lower barbell height
