We’ve been listening to our Super City families 🫶

This week we are trialling longer, more flexible play sessions so you have even more freedom to pop in when it suits you!

🌟 MONDAY
🏙 Super City Social 9.30am – 11.00am
(Just £4 entry – includes 1 adult )

🚪 Walk-ins available from 11.00am
⏰ Last entry 11.30am (to receive the full 1.5 hours play)

🗓 TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY
🚶‍♀️Walk in anytime between 9.30am – 1.00pm
⏰ Last entry 11.30am (to receive the full 1.5 hours play)

🗓 THURSDAY & FRIDAY
⭐ Morning slot: 9.30am – 1.00pm
⏰ Last entry 11.30am (for full 1.5 hours play)

🌙 Afternoon slot: 1.30pm – 4.45pm
⏰ Last entry 3.15pm (for full 1.5 hours play)

✅ No booking required for weekday, walk-ins are welcome — just arrive within the times above!

🚨 Weekends will remain session-based and MUST be pre-booked to avoid disappointment
(They are extremely busy, so set time slots are essential 🏙️💛)

🌟 A Quick Update from The Super City 🌟

Wow — what a first week it’s been! 😅

Thank you to everyone who has visited and supported us so far 🫶 We are officially just over a week in, and while we know everything never runs 100% perfectly, we are working hard daily to make improvements as we go 🛠️💛

That said… a few little reminders 👇

🔹 Accessibility
The 'city' area is located on the first-floor and we do not have a lift. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be changed, so we kindly ask for your understanding 🤍 There is a baby area on the ground floor.

🔹 Upstairs Seating
We genuinely did not expect to be this busy this quickly (thank you x 1 million 😅🙌)
Because of this, upstairs seating is limited — we are working on solutions, but in the meantime, there is plenty of seating downstairs in our café & baby area ☕✅

🔹 Supervision is a MUST
Our staff are here to run the space, keep it safe, tidy, and serve in the café — they are not able to supervise children 🚫👶
All children must be supervised by their own parent/guardian at all times 👀
(We promise we love them, but we can’t mind them 🥲)

🏙️ Super City Rules & Guidelines 🏙️
To keep the city running smoothly for everyone, please see below:

1. 👣 Shoes OFF in all play areas (yes, adults too 🤪)
🧦 Socks must be worn at all times.

2. 👨‍👩‍👧 Parents / guardians must supervise their children ALWAYS
(We’ll say it louder for the people at the back 🔊😂)

3. 🧸 Please respect the space
We built it with love… help us keep it beautiful 🤍

4. 🚫 No climbing on furniture, props, or rough play
We know it’s exciting, but let’s keep it safe 🫶

5. 🥤 Food & drinks stay in the café area only
No snacks in the play zones please 🍪⛔

6. 💬 Be kind, share, and take turns
This applies to kids… and grown ups 😏🤭

7. 🕒 Please stick to your session time
This helps us reset for the next super citizens 🧼✨

8. ✨ Most importantly… HAVE FUN!
Make memories, play, laugh & enjoy ❤️
