We will be open as normal from 8AM on Friday 5th December 2025.

URGENT NOTICE- Our Computer Systems are down

Our clinical system is currently down. This unexpected outage affects our ability to manage appointments, access medical records and process prescriptions.

Our team are working hard to resolve the issue and restore full service as soon as possible.

Road closure 29th May 2025🚗

We have been informed that the road to Bloxham surgery will be closed with no access on the 29th May for a period of 30min at around 10am (time not definitive) for road resurfacing. We would therefore ask if you have an appointment and are able to walk to the Surgery to do so.
