✨ I want to get in shape BUT… 🫣✨
• I want to go out every weekend 🍹
• I love a couple of takeaways each week 🍕
• I can’t be bothered to track my food 📱🙄
• I’m busy with work and have no time ⏰
• I make excuses when it’s dark, cold or raining 🌧️

This was exactly where so many of our Church Walk Nutrition members were before they started with us.
👉 Eating well Mon–Thurs, then undoing it all at the weekend.
👉 On the right track, but lacking accountability.
👉 Stuck in the “start again Monday” cycle.
Here’s the truth ⬇️
❌ You can’t have everything you want.
✅ But you CAN have balance, progress & results.
Your body = the average of what you consistently do.
That means building good daily habits 👌 and being willing to make small sacrifices for 3, 6 or 9 months to finally see the changes you want 💪.
📌 On paper, getting in shape is easy.
😅 In reality, it’s tougher than you think.
