It really isn’t about following these dumb rules.

What’s worse? Actually paying a monthly subscription for the scam.

Nutrition is something that shouldn’t be based on body weight, rules, guilt harsh restriction.

It’s something that should give us energy, vitality and strong healthy body.

They require two different approaches.

The commercial diet, will lead you in circles.

Learning how to nourish and change your relationship with food so that it gives the actual results that you crave is where real change is.
