You can train hard.
Eat “well”.
Do everything right on paper…
…but if your stress is constantly high, you’re fighting an uphill battle.
Because chronic stress = elevated cortisol.
And when cortisol stays high:
⬆️ Fat storage becomes easier
⬇️ Fat loss becomes harder
⬆️ Cravings increase
⬇️ Recovery and sleep take a hit
This isn’t about blaming stress…
it’s about understanding its impact.
You don’t out-diet chronic stress.
You don’t out-train it either.
You manage it.
Better sleep.
Movement (not just smashing yourself in the gym)
Time to switch off
Less constant stimulation
Because fat loss isn’t just about calories…
it’s about the environment your body is in.
Calm body = better results.
