Reframing what relaxation is at the end of the day, can be the difference to having balanced hormones and a flat strong stomach. Ooorrrr, unsettled hormones with a bloated belly that doesn’t seem to disappear.

How we send ourselves to bed for 8 hours matters hormonally. Getting bored and interrupting your success doesn’t make sense.
