One year ago today, it all started with a coffee ☕️

Me and Shannon sat down with an idea, a lot of excitement, and no real clue where it would take us… but we knew we wanted to create something special. That conversation became Limitless.

Fast forward a year, and wow — what a journey it’s been. We’ve grown, learned, taken risks, and built something we’re so proud of.

And to think… it all started right here.

Now we’re getting ready to celebrate our first birthday in May — the anniversary of our very first event — and we honestly couldn’t be more excited for what’s next.

This is just the beginning 💫

Another event happening this Friday - very exiting for our community 💛

We’re now just under a week away from the launch of Live Out Loud 💛

I’m excited to be launching Live Out Loud by Aspire, a new creative social space for adults with learning difficulties, autism and additional needs in the local community.

Join us for our Launch Night on Friday 13th March to meet new people, try some creative activities and find out what Live Out Loud is all about.

📍 Longford Park Community Centre
⏰ 6–8pm
💷 £5 per person (support person free)
