The Training Box Welcome to our new brand and name, The Training Box. We are excited to launch as The Training Box to Which also means all our attention is on you.

If you are intimidated by the gym environment, yet would love to try lifting weights, our studio is built for you! We are strictly private sessions only with no onlookers or other members to work around. The Training Box is passionate about educating and teaching clients with little to zero experience in exercise and nutrition. We take our clients on a fitness journey over a minimum of 3 months to guide them towards their goal. Whether it is a healthy target weight or a fitness goal, we take you through a 1-2-1 structured programme, alongside providing solid nutritional advice.

We're excited to announce our new Small Group Training package. We're looking for to provide a lower cost alternative to our regular training packages. With a smaller group training compared to usual bootcamps, we can provide more personal training and a higher level of attention. Easter incoming!!

With Easter just around the corner it's all too tempting to get lost in lots of chocolate...nothing wrong with that in moderation, but how can you make sure you're not going to pile on the pounds over the Bank Holiday weekend? We have a few tips for you....

1. Eat a good, wholesome and balanced meal before indulging.
If you ensure that you have a meal that has good quality protein with fibre you'll keep yourself fuller for longer and suppress your craving for so much sweet treats. Delaying instant gratification like this is a great pyschological exercise, that you can also apply to other food cravings. When the time comes, you'll feel the need to eat less chocolate than on an empty stomach.

2. Good quality chocolate.
Choosing a good quality product with high cocoa content not only means you will be eating less sugar, but the richness of the cocoa will also stop you eating too much.

3. Hide some of the b***y!
Hiding some of your stash can be a great way of suppressing your cravings...out of site, out of mind! Allowing yourself small but satisfying amounts of your treats will reward yourself but limit the damage to your calorie count.

Our Story

ZEST Personal Training offers a complete experience with its 12 week package. Each package is inclusive of training, nutrition and massage or physio sessions to make sure you are looked after each step of the way.

We have recently just relocated to Banbury Martial Arts Centre where we have a quiet, tranquil space to train our clients and take them from Day 1 to their end goal.
