A 90 minute guided practice to include restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra. This is a deeply relaxing session that combines the gentle, supported poses of restorative yoga followed by a guided meditation of Yoga Nidra to promote deep rest, stress relief, and mental clarity.

This combination of practices can help release tension, calm the nervous system, and lead to a sense of profound peace. Just what we need at this time of year!

After the session you are welcome to stay for tea / coffee or hot chocolate and some yummy sweet treats (all monies from refreshments will be donated to Katharine House Hospice).

A 90 minute guided practice. A deeply relaxing session that combines the gentle, supported poses of restorative yoga followed by a guided meditation of Yoga Nidra to promote deep rest, stress relief, and mental clarity.

We will first work through a series of soft and comfortable poses focusing on the breath and letting go of stress and tension in the body, when we complete this you will be guided into a state of "yogic sleep", or conscious rest, you may well fall asleep during this part and that is absoulutely fine.

This combination of practices can help release tension, calm the nervous system, and lead to a sense of profound peace. Just what we need at this time of year! After the session you are welcome to stay for tea, coffee, hot chocolate and some yummy sweet treats*

Please wear comfortable relaxed clothing and bring as many cushions & blankets as you like to be truly relaxed during the Nidra. If you have a yoga or pilates mat please bring this, I do have some so if you don't have one of your own one will be provided.

*all monies raised from hot drinks etc to be donated to Katharine House Hospice.
