Most people think once pain goes, the problem is fixed.
But in reality, pain is often the first thing to improve - not the last thing to recover.
That’s why so many people find themselves stuck in the cycle of:
Feel better -> go back to normal -> pain returns -> repeat
We take a slightly different approach in clinic.
Yes, we want you to get out of pain - of course.
But we also want to make sure your body can actually handle your life afterwards.
That might mean:
* Building strength
* Improving movement
* Guiding you with the right exercises
* Helping you understand what your body needs
Because the goal isn’t to keep you coming back forever...it’s to help you not need us as much.
(Although we’re always here if you do!)
If something keeping coming back or never quite feels “right” it might be time to look a little deeper.
