Once again our Personal Trainer Gary Mackay will be opening the gym between 8 - 9am on Saturday 21st, for Women only sessions. Gary will be on hand for any training advice / programmes to help with your fitness goals.

A skeleton crew have been beavering about all day getting ready to welcome you tomorrow now that the ice has melted.
We are all ship-shape and ready to serve from 10 until 4, with lunches 11.30 until 2.30.
Soup of the day or Cullen Skink to warm you from the inside and a choice of fillings for sandwiches, paninis wraps and toasties, coffees, teas, cakes and traybakes.
