🏋🏻 Exclusive program for DHR Members

Member Walter Robertson is interested in speaking to other members who would have an interest in golf focused stretching and exercise to ensure you remain strong, have the flexibility and strength to allow you all to play regularly, injury free and to the best of your ability.

📊 The current plan would be to have a session of 1-1.5 hours a week (subject to demand) on a morning to suit where we would engage in a range of stretches, turns, lifts etc. all supervised by a qualified Personal Training Instructor📋

📍Proposed location would be Princess Royal Sports and Community Trust building at Arlie Gardens, a short distance from DHR. Ongoing discussions to develop a suitable program and ball park group cost.

This program is primarily targeting those 50+ and open to both ladies and gents who want to be in good shape to enjoy their golf for years to come.

Once again our Personal Trainer Gary Mackay will be opening the gym between 8 - 9am on Saturday 21st, for Women only sessions. Gary will be on hand for any training advice / programmes to help with your fitness goals.
