Upper Body Strength Work Today 💪
Today’s session was focused on building strength across the back, lats and arms through a mix of horizontal pulling, vertical pulling and arm support movements.

This type of strength training helps us build lean muscle, support our posture and improve shoulder stability — all while increasing overall strength output.

When we train this way, especially during a fat loss phase, the goal isn’t just to burn calories… it’s to build muscle that supports a better metabolism and long-term body composition.

More lean muscle = more efficient body
Better strength = better shape
