As we come to the end our fourth year as Enfys, we stop to think about the families we have supported this year and our friends who have lost a loved one. Our thoughts are with them all as they navigate their first Christmas without their person.

Aryana Esme Arkle

Peacefully on Monday 8th December 2025 aged 6 months.
Adored daughter of Natasha and Andrew, loved baby sister of Cian, Faye, Zonara and Zariah, treasured granddaughter of Shirley, Lynn and Kevin, cherished niece of Niki, Rebecca and Aled and adored little cousin.

Aryana will be missed immeasurably by her family, and by all who knew her.

A celebration of Aryana’s life will be held for family and close friends at Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 11am on Wednesday 31st December 2025. Please wear colourful clothing in memory of Aryana.

It was lovely to be asked to host a wreath making activity again this year for Granny Pam and her friends at Llys Y Coed. Everyone made their own wreath either to hang on their door or to take to a loved ones grave and we shared mince pies and spiced juice.
Thank you to the residents for the donations amounting to £140 which will be donated to the Christmas Day dinner event hosted by Sara Roberts and Moelyci for those spending Christmas Day on their own. What a lovely wholesome afternoon!

Hyfryd oedd cael gwadd eto eleni i gynnal gweithgaredd creu torch i Granny Pam a'i ffrindiau yn Llys Y Coed. Ddaru bawb greu torch eu hunain i hongian ar eu drws neu i orwedd ar fedd anwylyd a rhannon ni mins peis a sudd sbeislyd. Am brynhawn arbennig!

Mrs Muriel Eileen Lewis
of Springholme Residential Care, Red Wharf Bay, formerly of Newtown, Mid-Wales, died peacefully at Ysbyty Gwynedd on the 14th November 2025 aged 88 years.
Mother of Ceiredwen, mother-in-law of Lawrence, grandmother of Chad, sister, aunt and friend.
Muriel's funeral service will be held at 12.30pm on Friday 12th December 2025 at Colwyn Bay Crematorium.
Donations in memory of Muriel will be gratefully received in lieu of flowers towards Medical Detection Dogs.

Our office is full of rainbows and rainbow themed things, but can you guess exactly how many?

If more there is more than one entry with the same number the winner will be drawn randomly from those people.
If no one guesses the correct number a winner will be randomly drawn.

If your person's name hangs on our tree and you'd like a matching leaf to hang on your Christmas tree this year, please get in touch. I've been busy cutting lots more leaves so we have plenty to spare.
Lou is still off at the moment but is recovering slowly, this video and a few others were filmed before she became unwell, I enjoy watching them so thought I would continue to share them in her absence.
