Meet Katie 👋

Katie is an APPI-certified Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor and professional dancer. Qualifying in 2024, she’s spent the past two years travelling internationally while gaining experience across studios worldwide.

With several years of professional dance behind her, Katie brings a deep understanding of mindful movement and body awareness to every class. Her teaching style is energetic, uplifting, and focused on helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in everyday life - all while enjoying the process.

Katie will be teaching our New Beginners Course, as well as Friday afternoon and evening classes, launching Friday 13 February!

Introducing… Laura 👋

We’re so excited to welcome to our studio! She’ll be teaching Reformer Pilates on Tuesday & Friday mornings ✨

Laura’s classes are rooted in classical Pilates, with a strong focus on form, control and mindful movement - designed to build strength, improve mobility and support better posture in everyday life.

With additional training in Yin Reformer Pilates, meditation and restorative practices, her sessions balance challenge with moments of stillness, supporting deeper body awareness and a calmer nervous system.

Coming from a corporate background, Laura understands the physical demands of modern life. Expect classes that help you move better, feel stronger and leave feeling more at ease in your body.

This gentle wellness gathering is devote to self-love - an invitation to slow down, soften, & return to yourself. You’ll be guided through a calming mat Pilates practice with .morrisonx , followed by a deeply nurturing soundbath with .carmichael , designed to help you release tension, restore balance, & reconnect inward.
