Active Release Techniques is a hands-on technique used by physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and massage therapists to manage musculoskeletal injuries. This state-of-the-art technique will be used to care for our players to keep them on the ice throughout the season. 🏒

Wow what a weekend! We had 15 fantastic students studying Active Release Europe upper limb in Belfast! It was a real pleasure to teach these guys and they all did fantastic!
