Chiball is on Mondays at 10.00am, you can use a chair or mat or a combination of both! This week, a balancing gratitude practice for November, join in this class (and chat) with us....gentle, revitalising movement for a Monday. ....drop in welcome https://havenbangor.co.uk

Chiball is a wonderful movement class using coloured aromatherapy balls and is NEW to Northern Ireland. The class is based on a number of modalities, from yoga & Pilates to dance, T'ai Chi, Qi Gong and Feldenkrais method. This class is suitable for beginners, and we have had people from 13 to almost 80 try the class! It does involve some standing on or beside your mat, we then progress to floor exercises and relaxation, however a chair or adaptations can be used in this class to help you. The class starts with selecting a coloured, aromatherapy ball to use, we then progress through some gentle warm up movements based in Qi Gong and T'ai Chi, before progressing to our more dynamic movements dance and yoga (you can take at your own pace), we then move into our floor work, based on Pilates and Feldenkrais before enjoying a guided relaxation. These classes are designed to move energy in the body, restoring balance of body and mind, they may also help balance, core strength and flexibility. We have had people come along who haven't exercised in years, most of all we aim for the class to be welcoming, friendly and fun!

***ALL WELCOME *** Open Heart Meditation helps us connect better to our spiritual heart, which in its natural condition, is able to experience calmness, peace and joy. Often however in daily life, our heart becomes blocked by emotions such as anger, sadness, and worry. These emotions tend to disconnect us from our heart's beautiful feelings. As we learn to connect better to our heart, and allow our heart connection to Divine Source help us by removing negative emotions, we become more balanced and happier. Our mind becomes naturally quieter, and we experience a greater sense of inner peace and happiness. The session is guided and no previous meditation experience is necessary. You will be shown how to strengthen your heart and experience your heart. Following this, we enjoy a Reiki Tummo group healing and conclude with a time for sharing.
