People often ask the wrong questions with coaching like…

“What do I get?”

“How much time is involved?”

“How much is it?”

They don’t think about how the investment actually improves everything from quality to quantity of life.

The question then becomes…

“Can I afford to keep guessing my way around the gym?”

“Can I keep trying new diets that don’t work?”

“Can I get more out of my body and workouts?”

Change the question, change your life.

Another practical day on the course. My client assessments over the past 20 years have been based on the NASM corrective model, coaching certs, the FMScreen and overall experience having trained a bajllion people. The FRC has been a real eye opener for improving myself and clients and will become my staple assessment tool moving forward. It’s also been great having black belt BJJ coaches running the show alongside a therapist from west side barbell. Insane level of knowledge bombs I can bring over to clients and my BJJ. Osss da f**k

I’m a member of a lot of fitness groups online which can be great for gathering future Youtube ideas (link in bio) Some are bad, most are terrible. It’s usually people asking the wrong questions and receiving the wrong answers. In this case, an apple will affect your gains. The world of nutrition is very complex, ranging from the free forums and pyramid schemes to hardcore diets and simple starvation transformations. Using hardcore bodybuilding methods when you are just overweight, is like learning a quadruple Sommersault at your first gymnastics class. Context is king.
