It’s a beautiful morning at Reigate Priory Park. I saw many hard core runners in -3 🥶and birds learning to ice skate on the frozen lake 😃. If you’re a runner, an ice skater or whatever sport you do, look after your muscles guys to keep your body functioning well this winter. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
