Back to a balanced state.

I have just been to see Sam the acupuncturist Acupuncture in Surrey who I have been seeing for years and he said energetically everything was topsy turvy in and outside my body. which is how i've been feeling the last couple of days. If you've been listening to my Podcasts you will know Will and i have given up sugar (15 days now) so it's no wonder my body is having a little trouble, I didn't realise how addicted i was to refined sugar until i stopped eating it 🤨 ( I love this photo as it was such a beautuful moment on our recent trip to Scotland. 💙
