Essentially you can start off by a late breakfast, then getting rid of breakfast altogether, then pushing later in the evening. This is difficult to achieve on mentally demanding days, I just tell my patients to have either a late or early . It's a low cost intervention with potential for great change.

Introduction to PACT

What is PACT?

Have a look at this 2 minute video link to find out more: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4m70mFA2sTI

Who is PACT?

PACT is a community of healthcare professionals working in GP practices across the UK who are interested in improving primary care. We would like EVERYONE to get involved, no matter how little research experience or time you might have. There is only so much we can do on our own but working together, we can achieve great things.
