The idea behind this class is that you are learning to release & relax your muscles and improve the tensegrity and mobility of your soft tissues, fascia and muscles. By doing this we are looking at improving your joint movement and the tension and tightness within certain muscle groups that can be affecting that joint movement and how that then warms up and softens muscles to improve the exercises that you’re doing.
It’s also to keep continuously bringing you awareness in to your muscles and joints and how you are really feeling and if you are addressing any issues tightness and niggles within your soft tissue rather than hoping it will go away.
This is a guided self workout to help you find the tools to add in to your routines.
It’s good to workout but the recovery is just as important.
